Warehouse & Shipping Areas

  • We have warehouses in the United States, Japan, Canada, and Australia; orders for these regions ship from the corresponding local warehouse by default. If items are out of stock locally, shipments will be dispatched from our Hong Kong warehouse.

Delivery Time & Shipping Method

  • Shipping method: DHL is our default courier. We may also use UPS, FedEx, USPS, or FBA for delivery, depending on factors like destination, order size, and logistics availability—all methods ensure safe and prompt delivery.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders over $50: Free standard shipping (4–7 days delivery).
  • Orders under $50:
    • Standard shipping: $6.9 (4–7 days delivery).
    • Expedited shipping: $9.9 (1–3 days delivery).
